Our à la carte menu provides a review of the best dishes of the MEDITERRANEAN CUISINE, to be enjoyed in the magical atmosphere of our indoor garden by the pool. Moreover, after dinner you can taste the excellent cocktails mixed by our bartenders, under the starry sky of Liguria!

Our bistro is open every evening from 7.30pm to 10pm.

The main strength of our activity is that we offer a high quality homemade cuisine with à la carte menu, in which we daily offer fresh and quality tastes, typically Mediterranean. A culinary path passing from the ligurian cuisine to the Italian one, through recipes handed down from generations and popular knowledge. Always attentive to all our guests’ needs, intolerances and preferences. Our Cellar features an extensive local wine collection, as well as the best representatives of the Italian territory: the good quality and convenient table wines. Some of their names? Vermentino, Pigato, Pinot, Dolcetto, Bonarda…
Our bar is always open for you, that is the coffee’s time, the happy hours’ or the bitter’s time. To delight the palate, the coffee is served with tasty biscuits and chocolates. For the happy hour, Fabio enjoys creating customised alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, paired with appetizers. After dinner, a wide selection of bitters and digestifs, but also of goodnight infusions.
